As of May 1st, 2014, some ADULT dental services are benefits again.

Adult services include:

• Exams and x-rays
• Cleanings (Prophylaxis)
• Fluoride treatments
• Fillings
• Root canals in front teeth
• Prefabricated Crowns (stainless steel or tooth colored)
• Full dentures
• Other medically necessary dental services

Children did NOT change.
